Ambassador Hotel Hargeisa appreciates that magnitude of the COVID-19 virus and the impact on life therefore have not been complacent about responding to this crisis. Ambassador is exceedingly committed to the security and safety of all our clients and that of our staff thus, based on comprehensive guidance from UN-WHO, Somaliland Ministry of Health IFC food safety and National Preparedness Committee, we have formulated the attached guidelines to which we must all adhere effective immediately in planning & preparing for COVID-19. We en-devour to abide by these guidelines to ensure prevention of spread of the virus. These include and not limited to


QUARANTINE FACILITIES –

Ambassador Hotel management and staff have been working assiduously to carry out through spring cleans and spraying of all our facilities. In these challenging times we are delighted to inform that are now able to assist and offer limited quarantine facilities to our existing customers to use the self-contained apartments with the strict and mandatory procedures attached.
